TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build user's trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. This privacy statement covers the Web site www.247exhibits.com. Because this Web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

24-7 Exhibits collects the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information, contests and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web pages and the quality of our service and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
• It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law, court orders, or subpoenas.

We also provide you with the option to sign up for promotional emails during our registration process. If you initially choose to receive promotional emails and then change your mind, you have the ability to opt out of receiving emails by visiting your account page and unsubscribing on the "Notifications" page.
INFORMATION GATHERING AND USAGE
When you register for 24-7 Exhibits we ask for information such as your name, company name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card information. Members who sign up for the free account are not required to enter a credit card.
24-7 Exhibits uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.
24-7 Exhibits does not sell data it collects to third parties.
ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
Once you have submitted your personal information to 24-7 Exhibits, you may access the information we store at any time in order to update or delete it. To access your personal information, log into your account page and Select the tab titled "Admin." From this area you will be able to update all personal information including you credit card information and your email notification preferences.
SECURITY
24-7 Exhibits employs security practices that meet industry standards to make sure that user's information is protected. For example, SSL encryption is used when credit card and other private data are collected from the website. Our server is Rackspace Managed Hosting(r), a reputable company, who also helps us make sure that data on our server is secure and protected by firewalls and other protective measures.
COOKIES
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies are required to use the 24-7 Exhibits service.
We use cookies to record current session information but do not use permanent cookies. You are required to log in to your 24-7 Exhibits Account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.
DATA STORAGE
24-7 Exhibits uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run 24-7 Exhibits. Although 24-7 Exhibits owns the code, databases, and all rights to the 24-7 Exhibits application, you retain all rights to your data.
The storage services along with our credit card processing services are run by service providers. We share only your information with them that is absolutely necessary to share in order to provide a service. These companies do not use your personal information for any reason other than what they are contracted to do.
Surveys or Contests
From time-to-time, we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
